J cloths on sites

Have you noticed the jay cloths have gone from site wash rooms and washing up areas?

This creates a problem regarding sinks being left dirty from hairs in the wash rooms, and deposits of washing up debris in the washing up areas.Is it to do with the infamous health and safety if so its causing a real health and safety problem of its own.

Can we have them back please??
