I don't believe it

I am presently on a caravan club site, the car thermometer says 16 degrees, some people are sat outside enjoying the late afternoon sun., however i have passed a caravan and clearly on view in the awning i can see a halogen heater glowing away. i know  this is a much talked about subject but for G**** sake it's August  the suns out. This can only lead to more expensive site prices.
