Apologies if posting in wrong place. Can anyone advise help me on 2 questions

I use calor lite cylinders, but have been told they have been discontinued. Is this correct, if so is there an alternative ?

My daughter is returning to caravanning and needs a water container. How does the Aqua Hog compare to the Aqua Roll ?

Thank you

Calor lite are being withdrawn they are still available ,but at the moment there is no direct calor replacement

We use  a water hog and it is no diferent to an aqua roll, and if bought from Aldi is cheaperwink

That depends on the reasons for using calor lite. I use the 3.9kg Propane from Calor which are a similar weight, slightly lighter, but more compact and therefore easier for me to handle.

'Gaslight' from 'Flogas' are the same weight, plenty of outlets plus delivery if wanted.

However with the 3.9kg propane from Calor it is a straight free swap according to Calor.

Also I have found them regularly available on sites. I only use about 6kg a year. In the last 15 years I have probably exchanged on site 22 times therefore and only once been on a site where they had sold out of that size. I don't think that I have seen flogas on any site ad I find it convenient to swap on site,

I didn't quote you, not every thread revolves around your posts, and if I didn't quote you then my reply is to the OP.

The OP asked, "I use calor lite cylinders, but have been told they have been discontinued. Is this correct, if so is there an alternative ?

My post stated that there is.

Of course they give a swap as smaller bottle and less gas. My local DIY has never had a problem getting the lite's
