Haycraft Club Site

Been thinking of booking this site as a location for next summer's holiday, but have noted several members commenting upon the poor condition of the toilet blocks, uncut grass and behaviour of some members who have not picked up dog poo.  Should I be concerned or does the Club have any plans to invest some money on the site during the winter?  We tend to use the facilities in our own caravan, but do like to use site showers when possible as it can be a bit of a fag to have to lug several barrels of water to the van when the family showers. Location wise, this site appears to tick many boxes, but if it has become a little tatty, should I be thinking more in terms of Hunters Moon, a site we have been to before?
