Hang about

Why dont people hang about when they have finished doing their washing up in the wash up area's and clean up after themselves, on several occasions now we have come across sinks that whoever was using them just pulled the plug and walked away leaving a disgusting mess of dirty suds, grime, grease and food particles for the next person to clean up before they can use the sink. 

Surely they dont do this at home.....
