Free internet access on club sites

Having travelled abroad we realise how easy it is to get on the internet for free from our lap top /ipad /phone. Talking to other club members, many felt they would be prepared to pay a few pence on our annual membership if we could have free access on all club sites. What are the views of club members and also does the club know how much we all have to pay. After all it is our club.
