Just returned back from a week in Ferry Meadows, 2nd - 8th June..... The electric hookups went of on a part of the ring on the Sunday at around 5:30 pm, after a day of heavy rain. By 8:30pm not one of the wardens had botherd to come round to any of the  pitches involved, (good customer service) 10:30pm my wife and i went to find out what was going on as still no one bothered to inform us what was happening as did many others who had lost power, also lost power was the toilets, barriers, only to be told on the intercom, as no phone number was available and to be told in a  talk down attitude as if we were children " The caravans are taking to much power and over loading the posts" causing the main trip switch to trip,(as if) thats what the trip switches on the post are for.... and a call had gone out to an electrican so you will have to fend for yourselves with gas and battery power", as one caravanner replied " have little gas and the battery isnt an option" only to be shrugged off, so no washrooms or security and no power to certain pitches for nearly 24 hrs by the time it was restored.

this is only my account, and listening to the other people affected the attitude of all the wardens was a disgrace, I and several others will be sending formal complaints to the head office once we have calmed down
