Disgusting discrimination by CC!

We are at Bladon Chains CC site at the moment and I went to use the disabled facilities which were locked.  Not a problem I thought, I will use my radar key like I have done on every other site.  Unfortunately it would not work and the office was closed. 

The wife then went up later to inquire about the key and was told the CC required a £5 deposit!  If you use the gents or ladies on this site, do you have to pay a £5 deposit to access the facilities?  probably not.  I appreciate the fact that they do not want all and sundry using the disabled facilities and that they need to be kept locked however access shoudl be via a radar key.

I think that this is grossly unfair and at the minimum the lock should be Radar key friendly lock.  I think this needs escalting right through to the Equality commission as I am really annoyed!
