Defibrillator

Does any one know the policy or protocols of defribrillator usage within the caravan club.? There is no clear defibrillator procedure listed on the site guide, except that it is available in reception. There is more policy regarding keeping dogs on leads.There is no point having expensive equipment if indeed it is not immediately available for use.
