Child Friendly CC Sites

Hi.

We spent our summer fortnight mostly at Knaresborough, after a stop on the way down and home again.

Can anyone recommend any CC Sites which cater more for kids, either on the site or has something nearby. Knaresborough was a nice site but as good as our kids were I just feel that if it hadn't been for the Olympics being on they would of been very bored.
