We are , at the moment on the "Kendal" site, booked on for just under a fortnight. The main purpose of our visit, is to see our family who live in the area. However, this afternoon, we have received a message to say that our Son and two of our Grandchildren, called at the Site in order to pay a short visit. As per "laid down procedure" they called into the office to announce themselves. They were then told that the staff were unable to tell them where we were pitched on site, due to Data Protection Laws. So our Family were, in fact, turned away. If they had just walked on site and wandered around, in order to find us that would have been acceptable??? COME ON !! What is happening to OUR CLUB?? We have been members for over Thirty years, Caravanned regularly during this time, and been Wardens for 7 Years. I have never come accross such ( I'm looking for a word, but can only find ) STUPID rulings. Along with the disappearance of J cloths, Mops, Ironing Boards, - I could go on ---- Stupidity Rules on the Caravan Club Site

Please can we have some sanity back!! Anyone else suffered this humiliating teatment?
