Browsing CLs on website

Website has changed since last time I searched for CLs.  (I have to admit I preferred the old system). When looking at individual CLs I can't see any links to take you to the route directions. Very frustrating! I must be missing something? Advice welcome!

Improvements are still being made to the Map search so please bear with us. The old CL search function has been put back in place to help in the interim with finding CL sites by Counties, Towns or specific facilities. I hope this will help make it easier for you to find CL's for now.

How much longer will it take? It's been months!

It's not just one area of the 'new improved booking system' that is still suffering. Maybe the club could read all the relevant CT posts regarding customer experience including refunds and act in accordance with their oft chanted mantra "you said we listened"

Not shooting the messenger and not holding my breath 🥲

Too many complaints. Finding caravan sites is really easy.

I am going to visit a friend who lives at Salisbury. The simplest of internet searches gave me a choice of 14 caravan sites within ten miles of the town. - all types and sizes, all sorts of owners, some are CLs, some aren’t   Just a choice of 14. No sort of app needed, No difficulties at al

Do share your secret, Euro. I think I know it though - you Google. If so, you completely miss the point that CAMC should have their own dedicated facility working properly.

Too many complaints? If complaints are made it shows something is wrong. Perhaps there should be more complaints, not less, in view of the time this is taking.

I presume some don't mind paying the membership fee and having to use other sites for searches? wink

I am not sure of timescales but we do have a dedicated team who are working on this project. We do have a section on the website about the app and if you scroll down there is a section about ongoing improvements and what is next on the list to improve.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope we can keep the old pages even if they run in the background. Not all of us use Apps on phones or tablets to access information on CL's or Club sites for that matter.
