Booking cancelled by site

 4 of us got a phone call today from the wardens cancelling our  4 bookings for the coming weekend at Rooksbury due to waterlogged pitches, fair enough the weather cannot be helped but our bookings are still showing on line and I cannot remove mine as it flags it is within the 72 hour canceling rule laid down by the Caravan club I phoned the headquarters and I have to wait for the site to cancel this has stopped me from booking anywhere else in the CC network ! And why are they showing late avalibilities avalible for the site?
