Blue Towel Rolls In Washrooms

Since the J-cloths are long gone I wonder if it would be possible to provide dispensers of the blue towel rolls so at least sinks etc.can be wiped out after use and the towels disposed of in the bin.I am a little tired of arriving to use a sink and it is coated with someone elses toothpaste or soap.There is of course no guarantee that the wipes would be used but at least they would be there for those that choose to use them unlike at present.
