Amid discussions of the ‘Club’ sites getting ever more expensive, I am at York Beechwood Grange site at the moment, toilet block, excellent location etc and I have paid just over £18 per night. Yes I know it is off-peak and I am a single caravanner, but in my book that is good value for money. Many CLs charge more these days. I’ll now put my tin hat on!

I think its one of the benefits of the way the Club charges for sites. If, like many sites, they charged a flat rate, there would have been no benefit being a single caravanner. I assume the two person price would have been about £26?

Totally agree about the single occupancy rate. I stayed at Chatsworth recently for about £18.40.
