We had a very enjoyable first stay at this site over the weekend using the venue to visit various attarctions in London. My main reasons for posting are partly and mainly to thank the site staff on duty on Friday evening for talking us in when my sat nav failed followed by my brains ablity to read sign posts! They also stayed on duty until about 8.30pm when we finally drove through the gates. The second reason is (and this is NOT a negative comment about the staff or site) is to comment on the sheer stupidity of some caravanners.... witness the couple who were driving around the site after arrival looking for a pitch with their children running behind the caravan holdng the grab handles..... hopefully a suitable conversation took place between the site staff (who also saw this) and the family concerned.
