We still call Australia "home"

Hi everyone.  Greg and Dee here.  We live in Australia and for the past 3 years after taking early retirement we have also lived 24/7 in our large caravan (A 'humback Smartvan - check their website).  Travelling around and occasionally working in the outback, helping out at stations where help may be desperately needed, plus the occasional couple of weeks working at caravan parks.

We are now in England and will be here until October so lots to see... and we have a much smaller rig - a 16ft Bailey and altho' immaculate it's 1993 model!  Planning a trip to France as Greg is keen to visit and pay his respects (as a Veteran himself) to the Australians who lost their lives in the two WWs.  I'm keen to visit and re-visit some special places in the UK so I think we will be coming back regularly.

So if anyone has any suggestions - we are very used to long distances by the way - we'd be very grateful!  In Australia we 'free-camp' a lot as we are fully self-contained but we know that's not possible here - however - we do need to keep our costs down!

Happy travels and stay safe everyone!

Greg and Dee
