Volvo Assist in Europe

Has anyone ever had to use Volvo Assist while travelling / towing in Europe?

I think it's operated by Mondial, but not certain.

They seem to cover repairs, transporting vehicle and caravan to garage, overnight accommodation and all manner of things.

I just wondered if it's as good as it looks and whether I'm correct in thinking that I wouldn't need any other cover besides this for a trip through France.
