Hi

We are planning a trip to Lake Annecy in France in September this year. We have a motor home and a dog. It is the first time that the dog would have travelled to France with us.(we will have the passport) We plan to take the tunnel and drive direct to the Lake with a sleep stop due to the midnight crossing in the tunnel. We then plan to stay for 2 to 3 nights at the lake and then drive back to the tunnel. We have 10 nights only.

Has any member completed this trip (non tolls) and can recommend places to visit on the return ? Also camp sites that can be recommended?

A late night stop 2 to 3 hours from the tunnel that is safe?

Can anyone recommend a vets 2 to 3 days from the the tunnel to carry out the pet passport checks ?

Thank you

Andy
