Stay overnight at Dover ferry port?

Is it possible to stay at Dover Port overnight with a tourer? We are driving 8 hours to Dover and hoping to get there around midnight, our ferry is booked for 8am the next morning.  We cant set off at any other time and changing the ferry times is not an option for us so we need to know where we can stay for a few hours if we arrive at Dover around midnight.
