Static parks with toouring pitches near Ypres

Hi all

Some friends of ours who do not have a caravan or motorhome would like  to travel to a site near Ypres with us early next year. We  have a motorhome.They would like to rent a lodge or static van  Can anyone assist with a site that combines the 2 in the Ypres area. Walking  distance of the town would be great ?
