Spanish Sites & Gas etc.

I will be travelling to Marbella area via Santander mid December, returning mid March 13. I have been able to identify a site for our first nights stop just north of Madrid, but can't find another roughly half way between there & Marbella. Can anyone please help. Any further advise regarding sites in general, gas, SIM cards etc. most welcome. Many thanks.
