Somewhere to wait at Portsmouth??? !

Hi all,

Was hoping anyone might be able to offer some advice. We are travelling Portsmouth Caen on the 22.45 crossing. As we have a fair journey we need to leave early enough to allow time for traffic etc but worried about somewhere to wait if we arrive before the 2 .5 hours the say is the Earliest we can can get on the docks. starting to feel a bit stressed and any advice would be appreciated!
