Riga 2014 European Capital of Culture.

Having got back from our visit to Latvia and Riga, May 2013, the city is getting ready for 2014 and lots of visitors, you will be made welcome. That’s what the tourist information manager told me, so I am letting you all know and hope may consider a visit.
