Hello All,

We are thinking of heading into Europe for the first time next September. Our plan at the moment (such as it is!!) is to travel down to Black Horse Farm stay overnight, and then use the Eurotunnel to go to/from France.  Due to work commitments we only have 2 weeks available to us, but would welcome suggestions/recommendations for good caravan sites for our trip.  We are quite flexible on where we go, but don't want to be constantly driving, we would like the opportunity to do some sightseeing and if we could find some warm weather that would be a bonus. We like caravan sites which are fairly quiet, with electric, and we are happy to use our own toilet/shower facilites. It will be just the 2 of us and the dog for the trip.

We are not complete newbies to caravaning, we bought our first van 4 years ago and we've travelled extensively in the UK since then.  We now feel we are ready for a little European adventure and having read PaulnSueWillis's post above we are inspired.

All suggestions gratefully received.
