Hi we are currently staying on a site near Nerja, does anyone know of any nearby camping supplies shops. Yes I have tried Google which directs me to decathlon in Malaga. Is there anything nearer. Thanks.

Can the site manager help you?

I already tried that, could be a communication issue he just pointed my to the chemical waste emptying area. He simply could not grasp the point I wanted to purchase chemical toilet fluid. I even showed him the fluid bottle.

We use bio laundry pods in the cassette. Been very pleased with results. Usually cheapest in Aldi Lidl etc. Just pop one in the cassette once emptied.

I know we're not alone there's a thread somewhere on the forum

Might not be your preferred option but will tide you over??

Are you staying longer? If so, try Amazon. I've ordered through Amazon while in Spain and my order arrived at the site within a week.

Type your question into your mobile, and then use translate to change it to Spanish.  You can even use the loudspeaker button to make the phone speak for you!

+1 for the bio laundry pods.... we don't use them continually but can confirm that they are just as efficient

+2 for Bio pods …

A golden chance now to join the cheaper & easier way. 1 tab per recharge, 2 in super heat or for a clean out on the way home. Drop in to usual minor clean water after wash out, walk back to van, tab dissolves, brief swill around to cover inside, sorted.

In extensive long term testing, by folk on another Forum, the Lidl Formil green bio tabs proved best & way cheapest.

Appreciate some folk still prefer to continuing faffing & measuring etc with bottles of misc chemicals.

Sorted, toilet fluid and masses of other camping related stuff found at this brilliant general store with hugely helpful staff. Optimus Ferretería Los Llanos.

Good to know about the washing pods though cheers.
