www.abroadband.com Mobile Broadband. Has anyone heard of and tried Abroadband with their Kindle Fire HD, laptop or WiFi mobile phone when abroad? There doesn't seem to be a limit on data or time with them and you pay after using their services. Not limited to one particular provider like O2 or Orange for example, and it is available worldwide. As I travel in Europe on occasions it seems like a good choice when a free WiFi is not available. The unlocked Huawei E5331 available from Amazon seems like a good alternative using a 3G mobile broadband sim card but not sure if that would work abroad without paying a hefty price for usage. With Abroadband the cost is €0.59 per MB which is billed after you use it, roughlly every 2 weeks. No charges if you don't use it and no need to keep topping up or buying new cards. If anyone has any experience of using this product, good or bad, then I would welcome your comments.
