How do you get an emissions sticker for Spain

The stickers for Spain only apply if you will be driving in large cities. Will you?

I found a website on which to register your vehicle as a first step - in order to be allowed to pay €6 and apply for a sticker as the next step, but then it said they don’t post out the stickers to foreign addresses.
