Holland Becomes Brittany!

Having spent part of the Christmas holidays deciding on a holiday destination for 2013 we decided on Holland as being some where we had never visited before with added attraction of only 100 mile journey to the ferry at Hull.

That was until my wife returned on Wednesday from a meal with one of her friends saying how much we love France that she wasnt convinced about Holland and that she had been recommended a small CL style site about 20 minutes south of Quimper.

Well we looked at the site and the reviews on Trip Advisor (its a B & B as well) and it looked perfect for us. Small adult only site good for both coast and country.Have a look your self at www.montloue.eu/home.html

So it was a good job I hadn't booked the ferry/site to Holland as we are now going to Brittany and its all booked.

I will just have to remind my wife whilst she complains on the 300 mile trip to Plymouth for the Roscoff ferry that we could have been in Hull in 2 hours!!!

Site does look fantastic and having spoken to the owners they are a delight to deal with. They also advertise in the CC mag apparently. Anyone else stayed here? Is it as good as it would appear?

Finally can any one recommend a good CL near Plymouth that will do late arrival. We arrive back in Plymouth on the Friday night at 9.30pm.

Cheers
