I’ve seen a post on Brittany ferries that the French ports are going on strike. Apparently between 10-2 Some ferries are getting cancelled. We’re due to travel on the Poole Cherbourg ferry 8/30 arriving 14/15 on 26th June one of the strike days. We booked through the Club Will they notify us if it’s cancelled and will they rebook us on another ferry. We have caravan sites booked through them. We’re traveling from northern England with a site booked on route.

Too far ahead to worry. It gives the ferry company plenty of time to reorganise. They will get you there, maybe sooner, maybe later.

Booking reference that club have sent starts with a C and isn’t recognised by Brittany Ferries. Apparently it should start AB. Just wondering if the club will notify us if there’s any changes. It’s a long drive for us hence the need to stop on route.

If you booked through CAMC, you will have a different booking ref. Best to contact them rather than BF.

Using a booking agent has its drawbacks, especially when said agent doesn’t work at weekends.

Mother 456,  You can refer to Brittany Ferries own Sailings Updates page on line.. At the moment it covers today and the next three days - and you will see there are very few alterations or delays within that period.
