First trip to France

Hi I'm off to France (booked through the club) on the 20th June for two weeks. I have a 2014 Autotrail motorhome and bought a set of the silver screen thermal covers for the cab windows which proved very effective during trips in March and May. The van has Remis blinds round the cab windows.

Do you recommend that I take the covers with me on the trip in June/July when I'm hoping we'll have daytime temperatures in above 21 and night time temperatures of around 12-14 degrees?

Are there better alternatives e.g. a set an interior reflectors to keep daytime temperatures down?

Will I need the thermal protection to prevent condensation forming if I have rooflights open at night?
