hi all

my wife and i have being caravaning for many years,we are in our mid 60s and we would love to go and visit GOLD beach where my wifes father landed during the d-day landings, he was wounded twice but still went on into GERMANY but that is something else. I would like to know from you all, where,to stay and everything you can tell me. We would like to go next year 2014 just before the 9th of june, so we can try and get that feeling? all you ex-service men will know what i mean? thanks and look forward to all of your advice and comments.
