Continental sites

I am just planning our first foreign jaunt in our caravan and a thought has just occurred. When pitching up in say Spain, which way do you put your caravan. If you go in end first, as normal, then your door and awning would be facing the door/awning of your, probable, continental neighbour. In this case do you go in front first to avoid staring at each other?
