We booked to go to Brittany from the 24th March but discovered we could go earlier as no childcare that week so changed our tunnel crossing from 24th to 21st March. Cost £8 to change. A bargain we thought! We then rang the caravan club to extend a booking already made.  We had booked a site from 24th march and wanted to extend it to the 21st March, an extra 3 nights. We were told it would cost an extra £20 on top of the fees for administration costs. When asked if this was cc costs or site charges person was non committal. I asked if we could extend direct with site was told  we would be referred back to caravan club as we had made an original booking through the caravan club

Are we paying more by booking through caravan club. Who is the admin payment made to? Are we being ripped off? Hope not but feeling I should have said no to admin charges. Love my van and all our trips and just want to feel we are getting value for money from caravan club
