I`ve just bought the "Bord Atlas Stellplatzführer 2013" from Reisemobil International. If you travel abroad its a must,I call it the Caravaners bible, it costs €24.90 but its worth it. Its in german but its easy to understand once you have got the hang of it, pictogram to show you if you can stop with a motor + caravan at the site including the maximal length if there is one.

For example:

France - 17780 Soubise, Aire de camping-car, le Port, by the river,,17 units (Caravans/mobile Homes) on asphalt, €6.50 incl. electricity, WC + Shower, free wi-fi at the town hall (100m)

or

Germany - 79114 Freiburg, Extrol autohof Haid, fenced in, 5 units upto 25 mtr long, €10.00, free if you tank up, shower €2.50.

There are two volumes one for Germany and one for the rest of Europe and that for only €24.90 for both, you cannot buy them seperatly. Want one, in Germany go into a bookshop or the bookshop at a big railway station they normally have them in.

In England, I do not know where to buy it or order it.
