Campsites which are great for dogs?

We stayed at Domaine de Massereau this year which I would highly recommend.  We thought that this would also be a great campsite if you wanted to bring your dog. There was a lovely grass area just outside the swimming pool with lots of shady trees where you could sit with your dog and be close to the facilities (pool, shop, restaurant play area, trampolines etc) and we saw a well behaved dog sitting with its owners in the outside restaurant.  There was a good dog friendly beach about 30 mins drive away called Grand Travers close to the Grand Motte area and Pont du Gard was another great dog friendly place to visit.

We often struggle to find places where dogs are allowed when we go on holiday in the UK and have always left ours with relatives but would seriously consider taking ours to France now.

Can anyone suggest any other campsites and beaches that are great for dogs in France or Italy?
