Does anyone know what time you are allowed on this campsite please.  Is it 1 p.m.  and if so, are there any stops on the way there from the ferry at Rotterdam.  We've never been to Netherlands before and will be arriving around 9a.m.  Thank you.

I have been to Koningshof a couple of times but because we have been coming from France I did not really notice as we were probably early afternoon. Some Dutch sites I have been on close between 12.30 and 2.00pm. I am sure if you were to email them you would get the information you want. They do have a fairly large car park outside of the site which depending on how busy they are you could park there until reception opens. If you draw a blank on both counts you could try the car park at Valkenburgsmeer which is just off the A44 motorway less than 10 miles from the site. Have a look on Google Earth which will show you the lie of the land for both locations.

Their own website says Camping pitches are available from 1400 and rental accommodation from 1500 - but phone and talk to them on +31 171 402 6051 and they will tell you how busy they will be on your arrival date, and they will be able to discuss other parking options for you.

Thank you, that's very kind of you both to reply.  We haven't been to Netherlands before had no idea whether there were aires as in France or anything similar.
