A short while ago I asked what benefit we would get from the CC buying out Alan Rogers. Well, it seems we may LOSE some benefits. I have in the past booked my ferry passage through Camping Cheque direct and been offered ferry crossing with caravan, free first class lounge upgrade (Dover to Dunkirk) and three camping cheques for an all in price of £115 return. When my friend booked the same crossing this November, through the CC, for 2013 he got no free upgrade and no free camping cheques and was charged £118 (the highest price for this crossing). I don't see this as a member benefit, do you? I thought the club were supposed to match any other offer!
