The aires network in France is for the most part intended exclusively for motorhomers who wish to tour using the sites for no more than three nights.  Camping-Car Park seems to have taken many ad hoc sites and others, into a group and set a very useable standard.  They now offer some cleaver and helpful free extras.  For example suggested tours of popular areas using their sites.  Next month we hope to do a couple and revisit some regions we first saw in the early 70’s.
