Brittany/Normandy campsite recommendations please

We are setting off shortly to tour Brittany and Normandy for the month of September, can any of you recommend any quietish camp sites within walking distance of small towns please?   We have a motorhome and we have the "All the Aires Book for France", but would like to stay on some sites for a few days at a time, rather than be constantly on the move.  Any advice would be much appreciated.......thanks in advance.
