Booking oveerseas trip

We went through all the procedure to book Online for a crossing from Portsmouth to Caen.  Completed details regarding vehicle, caravan and people .  On add on page wanted to add 4 dogs as you can see prices etc and a column marked Number, but you are unable to input the number of dogs so cannot more forward to checkout.  Your correct check out price is unknown

If you go to the proper Brittany ferries site there is this option so maybe a fault with the CC webpage however prices are vastly different.  Can one of the staff check on this as phoning in is very time consuming and can take quite awhile before you speak to a "live" person!
