ARCHIE'S - Campsite POI's download for SatNavs

The latest update of Archie's website, of POI's for thousands of campsites throughout Europe (including CC sites and CL's) is now on line at http://www.archiescampings.eu/eng1/

Lots of details have been changed in the Netherlands and in Italy and there are some changes in a lot of other countries 

Again we’ve been checking the details of thousands of campsites.  As a result in the Netherlands and in Italy we have corrected quite a lot of wrong information, but there have also been changes in Ireland, in the North-East of Europe (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland) and in the South-East (Chechnya, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Turkey and Greece).

 New descriptions 

Almost all navigation systems have problems with characters with special signs as é, ù, ø, and so on, therefore almost all of these signs have been Deleted User in the descriptions. 

News about the apps for iPhone and Windows 

In addition to the development of the app for the iPhone, a start has also been made with the development of the app for Windows phones. Both apps will hopefully be ready for use by the end of the year.
