Willow Cottage CL - Burgh le Marsh Lincolnshire

If anybody is thinking of visiting Lincolnshire, I can highly recommend this CL. I have left a review in the CL area for all to read. It is adult only and welcomes dogs. Peaceful, relaxing and tranquil. Pitches have views over the wildlife ponds and woodland walk so there is plenty of ducks, moorhens and birds to watch. We shared an hour over breakfast this morning, watching two kingfishers. Their website is www.willowcottagecl.webs.com if you would like to take a look. A very well maintained cl with lovely owners.

That's On my list then thank you, I really want to find a place to watch kingfishers from and that sounds ideal!  Many thanks.

You'll need to book pitch 7 or 8 for the best views of the kingfishers......inside info for you!

No they don't overbook. They just use a rotation system to let pitches recover from awnings etc.

Tricky

You won't be disappointed. We can recommend The Windmill Restaurant in Burgh le Marsh (open Wednesday to Sunday). The ducks are trained to wait outside each caravan in the hope of food....unless the caravan has a dog!  Hope you enjoy your stay. Smile
