Which filters need changing for cls

In my opinion some of the search are confusing and a total waste of time.

I'm sure most would agree that the a typical CL can be assumed to provide a welcome to adults/children and dogs so filters should be used when this assumption is incorrect;

Adults Only    Children, for whatever reason are not allowed - no problem with this filter.

Children welcome   What on earth does this mean? - are they especially welcome?  If this is not highlighted do you get no suggestions, or those who don't like children but will put up with them. Removal of this filter would make more sense.

Dogs welcome  Again this makes no sense as I'm sure failure to highlight this in your search would make no difference. Much better to change this filter to No Dogs.

Coarse Fishing within 5 miles     Would this not apply to the vast majority of sites as fishing can be found in canals/rivers/streams/ponds etc. It may be more beneficial if the distance was reduced to say 2 miles

Mine answered the OP and suggested that filters to exclude features would be useful. It was mildly critical  at most.

I really don't think it should have been Deleted User and I'll be emailing to say so

What on earth happened here? I looked in on this post and the only thing on it was the Opening post, no replies even though the front page indicated that JayEss had replied, so I clicked on her name on the front page and got a post from JayEss saying her post had been Deleted User!

This website would try the patience of Job.

It's hardly worth the effort of trying any more. The site is clearly unstable and unpredictable. I could say a lot more but there's no point.

I think this is the first post I've had Deleted User. If I'd known I was going to be Deleted User I'd have been more controversial.

I've reported the thread as I can't report my own post

They were certainly defeated.smile

Clearly the deleter had no idea what was going on. I think it's time to give up trying to help CT/CC.

By the way, this thread has reproduced itself in part.
