Just realised I have either been wrong for a very long time or the name changed at some point. Anyone know?

Isn't this applied to the different names used by both clubs, CAMC used Certificated Location (CL)  and the C&CC use Certified Site? (CS)

It’s always been 'certificated' as far as I know.

The club is able to award certificates, hence 'certificated'.

Likewise, the other club has Certificated Sites.

Edit: We cross posted, Brue, but it is 'certificated' in both clubs.

+1.

Sorry Esme but I think that you've been mistaken for a long time.

Hi Brue.  Just been over to check....

It's Certificated Sites for the C&CC and Certificated Locations for the CAMC.  I suspect they have always been called this - we've probably heard someone call them certified and have copied them - I wonder who started it off.  smile   I think I will just stick to calling them CS's and CL's. laughinglaughing

Certificated sites - 'Sites for certified people'...  can't help thinking of Four Candles - 'handles for forks'.... laughing
