I wanted to do a review of this CL but after four times trying and pointing out to the Club HQ that the link is faulty (how many CL's have lost out to reviews???) I finally decided to post it here.

This was our first CL we have tried. We were booked for a rally with the SG centre but due to heavy rain fall, it was cancelled. We were really looking forward to the break in the van so I got the club book out and looked for one near the coast but not too far away. The Coppins had hard standings so I gave them a ring. The owner said sorry but they were fully booked. I was about to give Hillcroft a call when my phone rang and the owner of the Coppins apologised and said there was one place left. So I booked the pitch. Friday came and we set off ( approx 2 hour drive). But due to an accident on the M4, we arrived abit late. The Coppins is opposite a garage but not the first garage when you enter the village of Pentlepoir. Also make sure you take the second entrance (looked easier to use). On arrival we were most impressed with the CL. Nicely kept and nothing out of place. I shook hands with the owner and he pointed out our pitch (after explaining where everything was). It looks like most, if not all pitches are on a slight slope so make sure you pack your ramps! THe CL is adult only and very quiet but dogs are allowed (kept on a lead) and there a small area near the second entrance to take your dog when he wants to do his thing. Your three miles from Tenby where it's easy to find a parking space (when the sun is not out!). At the Coppins you will find a shower and toilets. The Gents toilet is looking abit tired and could do with a make over but it was clean and tidy so don't let the decor put you off! (and make sure you take a torch at night!) The Coppins seemed very popular with motorhomes. Is this because it's easy driving through the entranceway? I had no problems with the caravan.

So to sum up, if your looking for a nice clean and easy to reach CL in the Tenby / Saundersfoot area where it's quiet on site then I can highly recommend this one.
