Stourhead CL

Has it been altered as it used to be almost a annex to carpark?

When I visited Stourhead for the day last year the site does seem to have moved further out into the field rather than in the carpark.  However I emailed them recently for availability and they have changed how you book there, payment up front and if you cancel they keep one night's money! There doesn't seem to be free cancellation period like when you book a CC site.  They've also done away with the discount for NT members. 

"Our CL is to the rear of the overflow car park.

We are booking slightly differently next year. The cost will be 14.00 per night for CC and NT members. Payment will be due at time of booking.

In the event of a cancellation we will gladly refund the cost of your booking less one nights deposit, as an administration fee."
