Hi, just looking for any comments, good or bad, on Round Oaks CL. Appreciate it is top end of fees for cl with toilet/shower charged extra, but like the look of site.

Have driven past on occasion. Some single track access but nothing unusual about that.  It certainly looks nice and is in a quiet spot but £20 a night....wow !

Hi,

Roundoak is local to us and we have stayed a few times. Lovely in the summer; views a superb and is well worth a visit. Have a look at the reviews, they are accurate. Winter? Hmm, it is all grass and does get a bit soggy.

There seem to be quite a few CL'S that are charging  £20 , people are using them too as they seem to have a good number of reviews.

Okay i have just returned from 3 nights on this CL and its my 2nd visit.

Its £15 per night if using your own onboard facility's with electric hookup.

My wife and I really like this CL and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

Its a further £5 per day if you use the shower & bathroom facility, which is a sight to behold, you would be proud of it at home.

Yes it's at the top price range for a CL, but in my opinion it's worth it.
