Reference Number

How many times when you have been driving along a road and seen a CL sign you have thought would not mind staying there,you get home get the hand book out or log on to the Clubs web  site and have been unable to find the site you have been looking for, but a reference number on the CL sign would mean easy to find in hand book or on the web site. Any one got any thoughts on the subject.
