Does the club or the site inspectors take note of site reviews

I’ve been looking at cl’s for New Years Eve. I found one at Shipton on Stour, The Norman Knight Inn. It sounded just right, ehu, hard stands and showers. Great until I read the three site reviews. They all mentioned the size of the field was far too small even for 5 vans but it seemed  that it is regularly over subscribed.

Given the clubs stance of the distance ruling between vans for fire reasons why are cl’s like this slipping through the system.
